Our Fractal Technique PDF Print E-mail

Fractal art is a pattern or image compute from a mathematical formula where the image could be literally magnify by a factor of 10 to the 50th power or more. Deep-zoom are substantially demanding on computing time because they require the use of specialized high-precision mathematical software to perform beyond the boundary of most personal computer hardware, which limits zooming magnifications to about 10E30.

Fractal pattern appear to be nearly similar at the same levels of magnification and are often considered to be complementary to the pattern found in nature. The concept of fractal is identical to the universe itself. If the entire universe holds to be the first image then the following result could be concluded as true.

Imaginary Level of Magnifying

Indefinite Image produced

1

Galaxy, star cluster.

2

Star, planet, moon, supernova

3

Large island, ocean, continental.

4

Mountain, sea, river, lake, forest, cloud.

5

Trees, animal, birds, tree branch.

6

Skin, fur, insect, leaf, stone surface, gas.

7

Molecule, virus, bacteria.

8

Proton, electron, quark, dark matter.

9

Passive ark, twin orasa.

For us to establish the above concept, we're using the Escape Time Fractals (ETF) method to compute the final color result on each establish pixel. A few set of mathematical formula are construct on an imaginary plane, with results of each formula are committed to the others. The set of result from the bind computation is regulated back to the final variables and the process is iterated back again. A fixed maximum iteration value is set and the numbers of iteration value reached when the result bypass the maximum iteration is taken as the final pixel color value. Mutation value is injected in the formula to induce variation in the fractal art. A mutation value of 0.123456789 will result in a different pattern compared to a mutation value of 0.123456788.

Mutation value = 0.123456789

Mutation value = 0.123456788
